Rent a room or the whole house — 4 cozy rooms for up to 8 people, including 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms, one with a stunning terrace. Each room is named after a direction — South, North, East, and West — reflecting the view from its window. When renting by the room, you’ll have access to the shared kitchen, living room, and front patio. The full house is also available for families or groups upon request 🙏

Here’s our living room — sunny, simple, and made for slowing down. A soft couch for lazy afternoons, a TV (though we hope the ocean keeps you busy), a guitar for someone who knows more than three chords (not us), and board games for those evenings when doing nothing turns into laughing with strangers. Like the rest of donothing.house, it’s all about feeling good — no rush, no rules.

Our kitchen is ready for anything — from quiet morning coffees to big family dinners or evenings with your friends. It’s fully equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, all the cookware and tableware you might need, plus a spacious dining area to bring everyone together. Whether you’re cooking solo or sharing a meal after a day in the waves, it’s made for good food and even better company.

We're Tiago and Viktoria, a Portuguese surfer and a Ukrainian IT girl. We live in Baleal—surfing, working, teaching, hosting, and so much more. But above all, we love to do nothing.
In 2025 we created donothing house as the perfect destination for those who are looking for a calm spot by the ocean, with a note of local vibe. It has extremely easy access to surf spots and it's literally 1 minute walking from the beach, no need to do nothing.
